Chorikaya is an izakaya pub located in Choji-dong, Ansan.

I visited for the first time while looking for a nearby place to drink. The interior atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly, so my first impression was good. I also liked that a cabbage salad is served as the basic side dish.

While browsing the menu, "Chicken Cream Curry Udon" caught my eye, so I ordered it, and it was really better than I expected. I couldn't quite imagine the taste, but when I tried it, it was moderately spicy and went well as a side with soju.

The interior is fairly spacious, but the tables aren't very roomy, so two-person seats may feel a bit cramped. Also, it's not a quiet bar, so it can get somewhat noisy when there are many customers.
