I returned to Misari Milbit Chogye Guksu & Jjukkumi and ordered the bibim guksu set.
The noodles were, needless to say, delightfully chewy and springy. In particular, the sauce wasn't too spicy or too sweet—just the right balance—so even people who usually can't eat very spicy food can enjoy it.
The accompanying broth was also excellent with a deep flavor. While eating, I realized that the chicken topping wasn't ordinary chicken but had a flavor as if it had been carefully marinated. Along with the fresh kimchi-style side dish that came with it—which was so tasty I could finish a bowl of rice—I was able to enjoy a very satisfying meal.
