I visited Geummundo after a long time. First, I ordered the most basic menu item, jjajangmyeon, and once again the noodles were delightfully chewy with a great texture. The chunjang sauce also maintained an appropriate flavor and viscosity and paired well with the noodles, although I felt the sweetness was slightly stronger than before.

Curious, I quietly asked a staff member on the floor, and they said the head chef had recently changed. Fortunately, it wasn't different enough from the previous taste to be a big change, so I was still able to finish the meal deliciously. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal.
