Omoi is a Japanese tonkatsu restaurant I used to go to often.
The menu offerings have been gradually reduced, prices have gone up again, and there aren't many customers.
Many of the donburi menu items that used to be available are gone.
I felt like the place was being run as if it would close soon;;
