I've recently started working out again, so here's my review of the six Heodak Steam Chicken Breast varieties I tried!

First, I tried the basic Original among the six. The basic specs are [ Total weight 100g / Protein 19g / 105 kcal ]. The seasoning is fairly salty on its own, and it's not as dry as I expected — it's soft enough that it wasn't off-putting to eat! The microwave instructions say 1 minute 30 seconds at 700W, but if it's not fully thawed I personally set it to 1 minute 40 seconds and that seems better.

For reference, Heodak's official site sells a 20-pack of one variety for 58,000 won, but Kakao sells it for 39,900 won, so if you want to buy cheaper I recommend purchasing on Kakao.
