Today I visited Yennal Gukbap Siheung Main Branch. Their main dish is pork gukbap, and they also offer a variety of other options such as lean pork gukbap and sundae gukbap. I ordered the new menu item, hangjeongsal gukbap. The hangjeongsal was sliced to an appropriate thickness, giving it a good texture, and I was impressed that a soy-wasabi dipping sauce was provided separately for dipping the meat.

You can add saeujeot or dadaegi to the broth according to your taste, but the broth itself was refreshing and well-seasoned, so it was delicious as is. Overall, it was a satisfying, hearty meal, and I plan to try other menu items next time.
