Today I visited Gyedo at Iseuteupol, a ramen shop. I ordered the tori paitan and the mentaiko rice set.

The mentaiko rice was delicious — the mentaiko, shredded gim, and sesame oil were harmoniously mixed. The ramen, with a chicken-based broth, had a deep yet refreshing flavor. The noodles paired very well with the broth and tasted really good. Toppings included a soft-boiled egg and a slice of chashu, which made choosing and eating it fun. I'll definitely visit again.
