Today I ordered the new menu item, Clam Bibim Kalguksu, at Jeil Jemyeonso. First, I liked that there were lots of vegetables, and the noodles were delicious, no question. It was slightly spicy, which seemed to add to the umami, and I liked that. It was a bit spicy for me, but it was truly a delicious meal.
