I often go out to take photos of snow-covered scenery after it snows. That day, rather than photographing the landscape, I somehow felt like running, so I drove along Gangbyeonbuk-ro and ended up in Namyangju. Since I didn't want to just go back, I looked for a café, found this place, and when I visited it felt like I had the large café to myself.
Both the first and second floors have a pleasant sense of space: the first floor is broadly simple, and the second floor, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, feels like a place to relax while looking outside. This time I also tried some desserts; they paired well with the coffee, and I discovered the fun of having desserts at a café.
I spent time there until sunset. Because it had snowed and it had been hazy earlier in the day, I didn't expect a sunset, but unexpectedly I could see one. I zoned out watching the sunset and finished with a cup of coffee — it was a lovely time.
