I tried the "Ttukbaegi Beef Bulgogi Set" at Hanyang Bossam that I'd been wanting to try for a while, but maybe because my expectations were high, it was kind of disappointing.....

First, the broth was too reduced, so the meat and glass noodles stuck to the earthen pot and it was a bit awkward to eat, and the meat felt somewhat tough—maybe because it was cooked too long. It's passable for one meal, but it's not something I'd eat twice...!

I'll just go back to the bossam set ^_^
