I tried the famous tempura soba I bought on a trip to Japan. The broth seems similar to that of kitsune udon, but the noodles and toppings are different. I followed the cooking instructions printed on the container, and the noodles were just right while the tempura didn’t get soggy!

It’s worth buying as a souvenir. It’s delicious — it’s a cup noodle, but I was surprised by the high quality of the tempura!!
