I wish I'd known a place like this was nearby sooner — I'd have come more often!! I ordered the mazesoba, tonkotsu ramen, and gyoza, and honestly both main dishes were incredible. I actually blurted out “wow, this is so good” as soon as I put the mazesoba in my mouth.
The tonkotsu ramen isn't the typical tonkotsu style — it's based on an anchovy broth, and I was surprised because it reminded me of ramen I had in Japan! I loved it, but the anchovy aroma might be divisive, so keep that in mind. If you have a kid's palate, I recommend the mazesoba more.
For sizes, medium and small have the same amount of noodles, but the medium comes with more meat. I ordered medium wanting extra meat, but there was so much I thought my stomach would burst. If you're not a huge eater, just order the small, haha.
I went around 2 PM on a public holiday — there was no wait, but note that the seating is a bit cramped!
