I went to Mobaksa Budaejjigae near my company for lunch today. I ordered the budae jeongol, and the broth was so spicy and flavorful that it really hit the spot.
The side dishes—kkakdugi, seasoned bean sprouts, and kimchi—paired perfectly with the stew, so I kept reaching for them. Above all, the special thing here is that they serve a whole pack of 'Anseong Tangmyeon' instead of ordinary ramen noodles! Thanks to that, the flavor was even richer and deeper, which I really liked.
It's an ideal place for a hearty lunch, so I'll definitely visit again.
