I hate cleansers that are too drying, so this level of slip? this mildness? is acceptable to me, but it might be polarizing. People who use products like Senka will probably dislike it..
I had been using another acne-specific cleanser for a long time, but then adult acne suddenly flared up and nothing I tried would calm it down,
Someone told me to try changing products, so I found this on YouTube and tried it — after that it improved and it hasn't come back. Of course I also had dermatological procedures and installed purification filters on my sink/shower and took other measures, so any of those could have been a factor, but I think this played a part too, so I keep using it consistently.
