I visited Gu-il Maekju, a new bar that opened near Balsan Station Exit 9!

We ordered Buffalo wing fries (₩13,100) and spicy haejang ramen (₩9,100); soju was ₩5,500, beer ₩6,000, and drinks were ₩2,000!

The snacks were just so-so—nothing particularly distinctive, just average bar food. What stood out was the sauce that came with the Buffalo wing fries; it was really bad and regular ketchup would have been much better. At least the salad that came with it made it edible. And the ramen was just ramen!

Since the place is fairly new, the interior was very spacious and pleasant. The person who seemed to be the owner was reasonably friendly, but the staff were not really friendly, and it was extremely noisy inside, so I wouldn't recommend it to people who dislike loud places.

Overall, I probably won't visit again.
