I was inconvenienced because, even though I had a reservation, they didn't seat us until everyone in my party had arrived. Also, the makguksu was served almost at the end of the meal, so we couldn't eat it together, which was disappointing.

During the meal, a staff member brought a cart to clear the tables in the back and asked us to pull our chairs in, making it difficult to dine comfortably. Overall, the visit left me disappointed in terms of service.
