Compared to the previous film, the events are a bit underwhelming.
Overall, the characters are somewhat disappointing, and the new villain is especially underwhelming.

Still, the film's trademark American animation wit and gags were fun. I lost track of time during the two-hour runtime. There is a post-credits scene, so check it out.
