When I travel in the Philippines I always feel the water is really clear. Although Bohol is a bit more boring compared to Cebu, going out to sea is better — while it usually takes about six hours from Cebu, it only takes around 30 minutes from Bohol, so that’s nicer. You can also see turtles being fed; watching them eat is very cute, but if you touch them you’ll be fined on the spot.
